Pumpkin Bread

This recipe was in an old newspaper, it's a family favorite!

Ingredients    Bake 325    yield: 2 loaves

2 cups flour

3/4 Butter

2 eggs

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 tbs powdered milk


1 teaspoon each of the following:
Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon each:
Salt, Baking Powder

2 cups pumpkin puree

Cream together sugar, eggs and butter, then slowly sift in dry ingredients.  Add pumpkin.  Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.  Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
